Draft preview · PlannedCompany Brain is not available yet. The product and its captures await release 60E; nothing on this page is an active feature or plan entitlement.

A brain for your business that learns how you work.

Every email, call, decision and correction makes your AI team smarter about your company. It remembers what you sell, how you talk, what you approve, and what worked.

Registration is currently paused. Start free explains what that means.

How it would learn · Planned

Four steps, and you hold the last one.

  1. 01

    Connect

You choose which sources it may read: your website, inbox, call notes, documents and decisions. Nothing is read that you have not connected.

  2. 02

    Check the source

Each fact it proposes keeps a link to where it came from, so you can see exactly why it believes something.

  3. 03

    Learn from your reviews

When you approve, edit or reject your team's work, it learns what you accept, how you rewrite it and what you never want again.

  4. 04

    You review, correct or forget

Open what it has learned, fix anything wrong, or tell it to forget a fact entirely. You stay the final word.

What it would remember · Illustrative

Seven kinds of knowledge.

Examples below describe a fictional bakery. They are not customer data or results.

About you

"A family-run bakery that opened on Main Street and still uses the founder's starter."

Offers and prices

"Custom cakes need a week's notice; the price list on the website is the source of truth."

Customers

"Wholesale cafes order by email on weekdays; walk-in customers ask most about allergens."

Policies

"Deposits are non-refundable within two days of pickup, as stated in the order policy document."

Voice and tone

"Warm and plain-spoken. Sign emails with a first name, never "The Team"."

Decisions

"The owner decided to stop same-day delivery and approved the replacement wording."

Learnings

"Replies that name the specific cake get approved without edits more often than generic ones."

See the Brain

No product capture yet.

Product captures: not available. Company Brain has not been built, so there are no genuine screens to show. We won't show mocked screens as proof. The card here is an illustrative preview of the planned weekly summary.
Illustrative preview · not real outcomes

What I learned this week

  • You prefer "Thanks for asking" over "Great question". Source: your edits
  • Custom cake notice is one week, from the updated price list. Source: website
  • You rejected a discount offer; I won't propose that again. Source: a rejected draft

Each item would offer Correct and Forget. Fictional example.

Where it would help · Planned

One memory behind every helper.

Planned use

Your AI team

Specialists would draft in your voice and with your current offers.

Planned use

Receptionist

Call answers could draw on your approved policies and hours.

Planned use

Website chat

Visitor answers could cite the same approved facts.

Planned use

Ask the Board

Board seats could weigh your past decisions and learnings.

Ask the Board is available today with up to three specialists on your plan, and receptionist call answering is available where plan and phone setup include it. Drawing on Company Brain is planned for both.

Trust and control · Planned

Knowledge you can check, fix and remove.

  • Source links. Every learned fact would point back to where it came from.
  • Stale facts. Automatic refresh and withdrawal of outdated facts are proposed for a future release.
  • Company isolation. Your company's knowledge would be kept separate and not shared with other companies.
  • Review, correct, forget. Owners decide what stays.

Where your data goes

Axiom Helm already sends content to approved AI and integration providers to do its work, under your connections and consent. A Company Brain would follow the same rules. See the Subprocessors register and the Privacy Policy.

Locations · Proposed

One brain per company. One per location.

Each location would keep its own hours, staff and local details in a sub-brain, rolling up to a single company brain for shared offers, voice and policies. Multi-location is a proposed higher-plan entitlement, not approved.

FAQ

Company Brain questions

Is Company Brain available today?

No. Company Brain is a planned draft preview. The product, its screens and its plan entitlements are not shipped, and no product capture exists yet. This page describes the intended design so you can tell us what matters before it is built.

What would Company Brain learn from?

The plan is for it to learn only from sources you connect and from your own reviews: approved, edited and rejected work, plus corrections you make. Each learned fact is meant to carry a link back to its source so you can check it.

How would I control or remove what it learns?

Planned owner controls let you review, correct or forget any learned fact. Automatic refresh and withdrawal of stale facts are proposed, not built. Company knowledge would be kept separate per company and not shared with other companies. Processing would still use the approved AI and integration providers listed on our Subprocessors register, under your connections, consent and the Privacy Policy.

How would it work for multiple locations?

The proposed design is one brain per company, with a sub-brain for each location that rolls up to the company brain. Multi-location support is a proposed higher-plan entitlement and has not been approved.

Which plans would include Company Brain?

Company Brain is planned for every current plan: Free, Starter, Growth and Helm. Deeper history and multi-location support are proposed for higher plans only. None of this is an active entitlement, and current prices and plan limits are unchanged.
