Platform Architecture

Your agentic AI platform.
Connected to your business.

Axiom Helm acts as the operating layer between your intent and your business. Company workspaces bring goals, agents, items, approvals, reports, and action readiness together. Connection setup and outcomes remain explicit.

Inside the operating layer

Follow the work, not just the output.

Explore five parts of the platform. This walkthrough is illustrative and does not display a signed-in company.

One company at a time. A clear operating context.

A company workspace keeps business items, policies, people, and agent work together. ATLAS coordinates ten specialists in that context; access and actions follow workspace membership and permissions.

How a workspace is organizedExample, not a connected workspace
Selected contextA company's goals, knowledge, documents, and operating items stay together.
Internal workPrepare documents, organize leads, add invoices, and draft next steps without asserting an external sync.
Agent boundaryATLAS can coordinate specialists; their output remains a proposal or item until reviewed and verified.

Illustrative structure only. No business or account is selected on this public page.

A clear chain of evidence

An approval is not an outcome.

Inspect the difference between work prepared, a human decision, and the evidence available after an external action. These states should never be collapsed into one reassuring checkmark.

State explainer

Illustrative only. Select a step to see what it actually means.

Proposed, not sent.

A specialist's draft is work for an operator to inspect. It is not an external action or a service result.

Actions & connections

Know what is ready before an action runs.

These are capability examples, not a live integration dashboard. Each business sees its own verified status after sign-in.

Verified for this venture

Only a provider-reported account or project mapped to the selected business is shown as connected inside the app. This public example does not represent a live customer account.

No public connection status is asserted.

Setup and consent required

Implemented paths need a venture owner/admin to authorize the exact resource and grant the needed permissions. Some also need platform or partner setup before use.

Gmail / Outlook mailbox OAuth (web setup; outbound review); WordPress / Webflow / Wix site verification (review before publish); HubSpot scoped CRM; Stripe Connect onboarding; QuickBooks / Xero / Plaid read-only finance authorization; social account linking for supported publishing.

Unavailable or catalog-only

A catalog tile does not mean an executable connector. Unsupported actions remain unavailable rather than appearing connected.

Mercury partner authorization, Google Ads actions, and autonomous appointment booking are not shipped.

QuickBooks, Xero, and Plaid sync only permitted read data; Axiom Helm does not transfer money through these finance connections. Social publishing uses supported account links and review gates. Service acceptance is not proof of downstream delivery.

Explore workspaces

See the work. Verify the outcome.

See which actions are ready, which decisions need you, and where work stands. Unavailable actions are labeled as unavailable, not presented as connected. A draft, an approval, and a service-confirmed result are different states. Service receipts appear where the connected service supplies them. On web, set up connections and work across the full platform. Mobile covers selected operating flows but does not mirror every web setup screen.

Operate your business with clarity.

Decide what the platform should organize first.

An AI chief of staff helps coordinate priorities when a request needs more than one specialist.

When the work starts with a phone call, review the AI receptionist and its appointment-request boundaries.

Use team access to choose who can work in the company, and support tickets to keep customer issues together.
