Where your plan includes calling minutes, Axiom Helm sets up a phone number and an AI receptionist for your company. You choose the assistant name, greeting, voice, business hours and a monthly minute cap.
During a call Beacon can look up the caller in your CRM, save a new contact, check busy times on one selected Google calendar, take a message, note an appointment request, or add the caller to your do-not-call list.
Beacon does not book meetings on its own. An appointment request becomes a task and an approval marked not booked, so you verify the calendar and approve the exact event. Call recording is blocked.

- Set up
Set name, greeting, voice, hours, time zone and minute cap. A paid calling entitlement is required before a number is provisioned.
- Answer
Inbound calls are answered by Beacon with your greeting.
- Help the caller
Look up or save the contact, read busy times, take a message or note an appointment request.
- Hand back
Messages and appointment requests become tasks and approvals for you. Nothing is booked automatically.
- Log
Each completed call is logged to the contact with the summary the provider returns.
